    About

Aren't these bears adorable? They are just so cuddly.
The pattern is free on Love Crafts, plus there's a pattern for the jumper/cardi too - https://www.lovecrafts.com/en-gb/p/ted-bears-wardrobe-knitting-pattern-by-jem-weston

I made 3 different sizes, using the same wool but changing my needle size. I found the feet a little tricky, so adapted the pattern for the smaller two bears, to make them simple. I also made a change for the arms. Instead of knitting the bear in one piece, casting on and off for the arms, I knitted the body without the arms. Once I'd joined the shoulder seams, I then picked up stitches and knitted the arms from the shoulder to the hand.

I used Bergere de France Bigarelle for the bears. This is a 4-ply cotton/linen/flax yarn with coloured flecks - I had some left over from another project. I also used my trusty Paintbox cotton DK for the cardis.
