    Always wanted to create my own dyed wool!!
    Really enjoyed my first attempt
    Wool has been soaked, mordant and dyed with cochineal bugs, lac , madder and goldenrod

      Wow! I've always wanted to have a go and I've partially processed a fleece..... just got to master the spinning before that! Is it difficult and can you recommend any good resources for natural dyeing techniques?

        Natural dye colours from Shetland by Bunche Teresa Casey , is a good start also gives you list of suppliers
        Wow on processing a fleece, I’m working backwards towards this🙌🏻

        @Sue H: Thank you, Sue, I'll have a look. I just happened to be given a fleece, so that's why it worked out that way! Dont know whether I'd do it again though, so labour intensive! No wonder wools are so expensive! :)
