Having experienced nightmare neighbours in the past, I realised that the ones I have now make all the difference to living happily in your own home. It should be the place you feel most secure and safe. Unfortunately bad ones can make your lives miserable. We keep to ourselves, we take in parcels, we keep an eye on each other's houses without intruding. We always speak when we see each other and maybe most importantly, we all seem to know what level of socialising we all want...so when my son moved into his new place, sadly finding that he's now got to find his way of coping with a rude, selfish neighbour...it reminded me that I'd probably started taking mine for granted.
Anyway, these were made for the decent neighbours I've been reminded that I have and hope to keep :-)
