    About

    Once or twice a day, my mother would sit in the extra bedroom of her and my Dad's little apartment and pray for all the people that had asked her for prayers. I decided to make this shawl to place on her shoulders as a "hug" from me, letting her know that she was loved very much. Using a self-striping or variegated yarn makes it so much fun to crochet!

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 4.00mm (US 6)
    Other : US G. There will not be any more than 5 loops on a hook at any one time, so a special tunisian crochet hook is NOT necessary. A regular crochet hook will do. Wet blocking shawl is necessary at finish

    • Tapestry Needle
    Other : Tapestry needle to weave in ends.
