This fabulous shrug looks equally stunning worn with jeans or dressed up for the evening and because of the elasticity of the ribbed body, the finished Shrug will fit chest sizes 32 inch to 46 inch.
Knit in one piece on a 5mm circular needle.
The knitting pattern requires requires 400 grams of Aran/Worsted weight yarn.
You will also need a Tapestry needle for sewing the side seams and underarm seams together.

This is a lovely and easy to understand pattern. For first time crocheters, it is a pattern that will help you to understand the information on how to create a warm shrug and will set you up for discovering more patterns with possibly harder stitches but well worth considering as you progress. I absolutely loved doing this; it was a bit easier for me as I have been crocheting for over 40 years. And yet, sometimes I like to do easier and simple patterns as it relaxes my mind. For anyone who takes this on, they will not be disappointed. We all have to learn, but then that effort of learning helps us to grow and make other things that may be more challenging. Thank you for such a lovely pattern.
