Product is great, but pattern quoted incorrect amounts and yarn was out of stock when I tried to purchase more
I have been using Debbie Bliss cashmerino Aran wool for years. After months of waiting for it to come back in stock, I managed to order some of the colours I needed. I do love knitting with it but the last order which I’ve just received is definitely a thinner yarn, I can see it and I can feel it. This makes me wonder what is going on with this product, not to mention that I am half way through a project and now finishing it with a thinner yarn.
Lovely wool but needed more than pattern said.
I was in process off making a Sophie's Scarf using this yarn, but ran out of yarn well before the end. I contacted LoveCrafts by telephone to order more, and in order to ensure the dye number and shade were compatible.. The service was speedy, efficient and highly satisfactory, and the yarn arrived very promptly. I have been a customer of LoveCrafts on line for some time, as I am very elderly and cannot get to the shops, hence this experience was much appreciated and very rewarding. The yarn is perfect for this now completed project.
Debbie Bliss cash merino aran is pure wool. It knits up well giving a very smoothe even finish.
Knits up beautifullly. Knitting a baby blanket, not completed yet but happy with this knitting wool. Lovely texture, soft and warm. Delivery quick too.

Excellent product knits up well
While I love this wool, I would be reluctant to purchase again. I’ve knitted two jumpers exactly the same in this wool just different colours and the second one the wool has come up a LOT shorter,, hence I have run out of wool and can not finish the jumper. I still have the top of one sleeve and the neck band to complete. I have tried everywhere to purchase two more ball of wool but it’s out of stock everywhere and will not be available until February!! 3 months!! So £80 Xmas present and I’m unable to complete it. Can’t unravel and take the wool back so now have to find the money to purchase a different gift. There should not be such a difference in the amount of wool on each ball.
