Combining the delicate gentle tones of Fleurville 4 Ply, Melody Hoffman has created a cowl that brings colourwork and texture together with clever construction techniques. Knitted in the round, the Flora Cowl is a long tube that begins with a provisional cast on, and ends with the two ends of the work grafted together with Kitchener Stitch to create a seamless circle. Beautifully easy to wear, the Flora Cowl is a fabulous pattern to learn how to use a chart with colour work in the round, try provisional cast on and grafting - and Fleurville's deliciously soft merino wool is such a joy to wear next to the skin that it's a cowl you can wear right through winter into spring.
