You can choose to knit it bottom-up or top-down since both explanations are given. Positive ease about 3-5”/8-12 cm.
**Gauge:**25 sts and 34 rs = 4”x4”/10 cm x 10 cm in stockinette stitch and 3,5mm (US4) needles.
