A beautiful blend of merino wool, alpaca and viscose, Rowan Felted Tweed DK has been lightly pre-felted to produce a felted look when knitted up. The rustic colour palette makes this yarn perfect for fair isles, striping and other colour work - and a favourite with Rowan designers. The care instructions should be followed to prevent the yarn from further felting.

Have found a few knots which is very annoying especially as the wool isn’t cheap!. I also find the wool a little rough on my hands. Good selection of colours but I don’t think I will use this wool again.

I have a Norah Gaughan pattern for a shoulder warmer that uses this yarn and I've just started knitting it. It's a lovely yarn and knits up well, comes in a terrific range of colours. I have used it before for a pair of gloves and a hat so I knew I would love it all over again.
