Product Details
Shinrin-yoku is Japanese for forest bathing and simply means taking a walk amongst trees; allowing yourself to fully embrace the spirit of the place; to open up your senses and breathe in the atmosphere of the forest. It is a practice I like to indulge in on a fairly regular basis as I find it the perfect way to ground myself and relax when I am feeling stressed. I always feel better after a walk in the forest!
