Product Details
A very bold and textured lace stitch works perfectly for this stunning cowl design! Curving knit stitches contrasted with eyelet holes and Reverse Stockinette stitch sections add tons of visual interest.
The lace stitch creates a natural scalloped edge for the cast on edge. The bind off edge is finished with a few rounds of ribbing.
This cowl can be worn as shown, or flipped so the scalloped edge is up top. It can be pulled up, worn with the cowl draped down, or even stretched a little over the shoulders for a different look.
The sample was knit in Knit Picks Swish Bulky (now discontinued). A substitute yarn is shown below.
