Materials required: One pair size 19 (1 mm/US size 5/0) knitting needles, 50 metres/56 yards 1-ply wool; 3 tiny buttons or beads.
Approximate finished size: 1½-inches/4 cm wide at chest, height – 2¼-inches/5.5 cm, sleeve length 1¾-inches/4.5 cm, sleeve seam 1½-inches/3.5 cm. This is designed to be long and loose fitting, as was the fashion of the day.
Gauge – Gauge is not important as dolls house dolls (like humans) vary greatly in size and proportions
