Materials required: one pair of size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 5/0) knitting needles, 55 yards/50 metres 1-ply wool, plus optional - set of 4 double ended size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 5/0) knitting needles for collar (the collar can be knitted on 2 needles and sewn on to neck-see instructions for collar.)
Approximate finished size: Sweater – 1½-inches/4 cm across chest by 2½-inches/6 cm tall.
Gauge – Gauge is not important as dolls house dolls vary greatly in size.
Although knitted in miniature this sweater is knitted using authentic 1910-1925 construction: with the back and front knitted in one piece from bottom front, over shoulder to bottom back, and with sleeves knitted from the top down.
