Product Details

Valley Yarns Cold Spring Oasis is a stunning must-have wrap knit in Southampton. You will want more than one colorway in your essentials wardrobe! Cold Spring Oasis is worked in stockinette stitch with a narrow garter stitch border. Two strands of yarn are held together throughout, with the color of one strand changing every 7 inches. This is an excellent project for beginners and keeps the interest of a more experienced knitter. Light and airy, Valley Yarns Southampton is a plush and super-soft blend of mohair and silk with a fabulous halo!

Pattern easy to read. Love the yarn. Very soft and knits up great.

Beautiful shawl/scarf. I made the option in the autumn colours and it is lovely. The wool is soft and strong when used as a two strand knit. I had to keep an eye on dropping one of the strands now and then but managed it. It is easy to knit being mainly stocking stitch and is lovely and warm. Am now thinking of knitting a green version!
