Product Details
A lovely linen blend yarn, like the one used here, begs to be knit up in multiple complimentary textures. And with a design that allows you to blend three colors together, this shawl becomes a very versatile pattern.
Choose understated, neutral colors, as shown, with a pretty pop of lilac OR go bold with your color choices. It's up to you!
Relaxing stretches of Garter stitch alternate with easy striped Garter stitch and sections of pretty lace.
The lace is a 12-row repeat that is charted and written. It opens up beautifully after a good blocking.
The generous length and slanted shape of the shawl allows it to be draped nicely as a scarf or creatively wrapped to suit your style.
The slanted shape is easily created throughout with an increase at the beginning and a decrease at the end of every right-side row.
Shown in Purl Soho Linen Quill, but lots of fingering weight yarns will do. Some listed here.
