What you'll need
Product Details
3+1 Shawl is designed for using up all those half skeins of yarn left over from making socks. I have used 3 balls of leftover sock yarns (approximately 50g each) + 1 full skein to make this shawl.
Each section has some interesting details, without being too complicated, and brakes up this project into 3 distinctive parts:
Part 1: Shells Lace and Garter stitch repeats.
Part 2: Diamond slipped-stitch textured stitch, (done in 2 colors).
Part 3: Trellis Lace pattern.
You can make this shawl with more or less colors, making it a fade, monochrome, or even just a solid color to showcase the beauty of lace. The possibilities are endless! The final size is generous, and would use between 250-300g of fingering weight yarn.
