Product Details
Errata: The pattern should read 'Work rows 3-26 of the cable pattern 11 (4) times.' In the pattern these are reversed. The DK cowl is 11 repeats; the Bulky cowl is 4 repeats.
I am fascinated by designs that are unisex but have a unique voice for women and men. This cowl is specifically designed to be worn by a man or woman. Afreet is a powerful, winged creature from Arabic folklore that can be either male or female.
Details: Afreet is cast on at one end and knit in one piece. You can use a provisional cast on or not. Once the knitting is complete the piece is blocked and seamed. The cable motif is a combination of 2x2 cables, ribbing, and reverse stockinette. The pattern includes instructions for both versions.

- Notes
- The yarn weight that you choose is determined by which cowl you plan to knit. You do not need both yarns to knit one cowl. Same is true for needles.
