Product Details
This little jumper harkens back to the traditional aran sweaters, complete with cross-over neckline. It was my very first design, inspired by the birth of my first grandchild, although I had made countless aran jumpers over the preceding decades! You can make it for a boy or a girl, in pure wool for heirloom quality, or in a washable yarn if it's going to be an everyday playtime garment. The body length and sleeve length are adjustable to suit your child, and the neckline can cross from right to left or vice-versa.

- You could use any yarn of your choice that will give the tension/gauge. The actual weight in the test garments came to 7.5, 8.5 and 9.5 oz.
