Product Details
Like big dabs of thick paint, coloured bobbles are used to paint a pretty crown of flowers around your head!
The pattern includes a slightly modified bobble technique to ensure a clean transition between the bobble and background colours. When the bobble colour is not in use, it is stranded just as colours not in use are stranded when doing other forms of colourwork.
Blue hat shown in Quince and Co. Lark
MC = ‘River’ (107); CC1 = ‘Rosa Rugosa’ (134); CC2 = ‘Honey’ (123)
Black hat shown in Quince and Co. Lark
MC = ‘Crow’ (102); CC1 = ‘Egret’ (101); CC2 = ‘Rosa Rugosa’ (134)
Note - I used just a few metres / yards more than one skein of Lark for the main colour (MC) for the Adult size. You could probably get away with one skein if you made the hat just a little bit shorter.
