Amelia Sweater

Construction notes: Amelia is a seamless drop-shoulder, oversized and slightly cropped sweater which is knit top-down. We start with the back shoulder in back-and-forth rows in woven slip-stitch and then work both front shoulders separately, while increasing sts for the neck. Stitches are joined under the arms and worked in pattern straight down until reaching the ribbed hem. The stitches for the sleeves are picked up and worked in tapered style down to the wrists where an extra-long ribbing with delicate lace detail ends the sleeve. The combination of woven-slip stitch pattern and lacy rib together with the oversized body silhouette creates an interesting garment that is easy to wear and style.
