Product Details
Herringbone Pattern Sundress by Pizpaw Patterns.
Pattern no. 41 is for a Sundress to fit a baby/toddler. The instructions are for 4 sizes: 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
The sundress has a herringbone pattern which gives an attractive wavy hemline and moss stitch yoke. The front and back are knitted separately on straight needles and the sides sewn together.
The pattern uses double-knitting wool. An alternative would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply for international knitters. You will also need size 4 mm (US 6) straight needles and 4 buttons.
The picture shows the 12 month old size knitted using Rico Baby Classic DK in shade 025 (Turquoise). You will need 2 (3, 3, 4) 50g balls.
