This pattern file is 19 pages long and contains 60 detailed step-by-step photographs along with full pattern instructions and tips for stuffing, seaming and finishing neatly. From this pattern you can make a brown bear or Polar bear and also included are instructions for you to make a Panda and a bear with a lighter snout.
The bear is knitted flat with worsted weight yarn on 3mm needles and all pieces are seamed afterwards.
Clothing is knitted from 4ply/fingering weight yarn on 2.75mm needles:The sweater is knitted flat to the shoulders then in the round for the body and arms. There is a second sweater included that is worked flat in simple stripes and then seamed. The Fair Isle sweater can be worked flat and seamed if preferred and vice versa. The shorts are worked flat.
