The pattern is worked in continuous round and as such, the use of marker is essential to the resulting piece. You will need to constantly remove and return marker as you end or begin a row.
This is a one-size fits all. If you you need to make it smaller, go with smaller yarn size and use appropriate hook.
Note that the instructions given is for the hat pattern only. The pattern for the embellishment is not included.
