Product Details
This lacy stole was inspired by Haapsalu scrafs. It is simple rectangular shawl with edging at both ends. Stole is worked from side to side. Shawl’s body is knitted first, then the edging at one end of the shawl and then the edging at the other end. If worked in lace weight yarn as here, this stole can be used as a scarf as well.
Pattern includes written instructions as well as charts.
Finished measurements of the stole: approx 16 ½” / 42cm wide and 67 ½” / 171cm long.
Gauge: 23 sts / 42 rows = 4” / 10cm in stockinette stitch before blocking.
Required skills: k, p, yo, k2tog, m1k, ssk, sk2po, provisional cast-on
