Product Details
During the early days of the Colorado gold rush, there was a booming mining camp named Buckskin Joe between the present towns of Fairplay and Alma. At its peak, Buckskin Joe had a population of approximately five thousand. In fact, at one time talk circulated of designating it the territorial capitol. And it was the site of the tale of Silverheels.
This sock was designed for my dad. The stitch pattern uses lace to keep them stretchy, but the eyelets can also be closed up by working them through the back loop to make the socks more “masculine”.
Suitable for both men and women. Four sizes (S, M, L, & XL) are charted so you can make these socks for almost anyone.
Yardage approx. 360 (380, 400, 420) yds This pattern has been professionally tech edited.
