Product Details
Bunny bundles are soft, cuddly bunnies for hanging up, sitting on a shelf or just left in the cot or on the bed ready for snuggling up to. Three sizes of bunny are offered in the pattern – 7, 8 and 9 ins (18, 23 and 23 cms) tall from ear tip to base.
They are knitted in garter stitch throughout (apart from the inner ears which are Stocking stitch), on single point needles, using the short row technique to form the rounded shape..
I have made my bunnies using three different shades of yarn, but they can, of course, be made in as many or as few colours as you like. I chose colours from the Paintbox Simply DK range but as the bunnies take only small quantities of yarn (1-2 ozs: 26-55 grams) this could be a project for using up stash oddments.
I have stitched on little felt circles for eyes so that the bunnies are completely soft for little hands to hold.
The pattern is 4 pages long, with row by row instructions.
