With the 80th anniversary of the D Day landings looming, this C47 would make a great addition to your displays or post box topper. Crocheted in spirals. Although I used cardboard inserts and also wire for the propellers , you could leave these out if you were creating a toy. Pattern includes details measurements and templates for the cardboard pieces.
Using materials listed gives an aircraft with a 26cm(10 inch) wingspan and a length of 17cm (6¾ inches)
