Product Details
I used this pattern to teach Godfrey, in Zimbabwe, how to knit. The pattern is simple and I claim no originality on the design. It's just a fun, quick knit! Written for Aran weight yarn with size 9 / 5.5mm needles. But easily adjusted for worsted, dk, chunky even sock yarn! Just go down or up needles size and add or reduce the number of stitches. The decreases can be adjusted as well (increments of 7 or 9 instead of 8)
If you are interested in Godfrey's story, and would like to contribute yarn, needles or money to my little project, please pm me here on LoveKnitting. You can read about Godfrey in my blog: HERE
We cannot save Zimbabwe, but we can make a difference for one person.
