ABOUT THE PATTERN The skirt is crocheted top down in dc stitch, and it has a double ruffle at the bottom. The waist is just a little narrower than the hip area so that the skirt can be put on over the widest part of the body since it has no zipper or other opening. To fit the waist measurement the skirt has a cord inserted inside the waist band.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL, SKILLS, TECHNIQUES To make this skirt you will need basic knowledge of crocheting skills with an additional front post double crochet stitch which might be a challenge for beginner crocheters.
