Awful dull colour. It's a real shame as the wool is really soft, but the colour in real life is incredibly dull and muddy, nothing like the brightly coloured picture on the website (I triple checked I'd been sent the colour I ordered: wildflower). Won't be buying again, really disappointed.
Loved working with this yarn! Love that this yarn is machine washable and can be tumble dried. Because of this, I will continue using especially for children clothes.
Great yarn to work with!
I have the wave yarn in 4 colors, although I am returning the gray. I thought it looked brown. I have lots of gray yarn already. My favorite "midweight" yarn is Malibrigo. But it may be replaced by the Cascade 220. I don't think it will "grow" like Malibrigo does. The yarn doesn't split as some yarns do. It is light enough that I could "fudge" the gauge and make myself a more loosely knit summer weight sweater that should wear like a cotton JJill that is way too big for me now. Last night I dropped 3 stitches for 3 rows and had no problems picking them up. I am using a pattern I've knit before with the color I REALLY wanted. It seems to be working. My goal is to finish this sweater by September 1 so I can take it to northern Europe on vcation. I think I'll make it! The grape will be a present not sure about the other coralish color. Trying not to buy the blueberry because I have lots of blue yarn already!
I love the changing colour combinations as I knit with this wool. It feels soft, and makes a lovely blanket. I like that the wool is pure.
Pretty, good quality yarn. The 2 colours go together perfectly. I would use this yarn again for another project.
Beautiful yarn, good range of colours, lovely feel.
They knit very well and the mitts turned out.
Great yarn reasonably priced
