Originally published as a free 3-part MAL for members of my facebook group 'Rosina Crochets' , I have now combined all 3 parts into a single 9-page document with clear written instructions and step-by-step photos.
The pattern for the ‘wheels’ is designed to use up those odd scraps of yarn we all have left from old projects, so raid your stash!
Materials used You will need approximately 15m of DK yarn scraps for each wheel.
You will also need another neutral colour for joining the wheels together: I used Paintbox Simply DK (100% acrylic; 276m / 100g) in Misty Grey Col 103 (MC), and I joined 75 wheels with 1 ball, using a 4mm crochet hook.
2 balls were sufficient for 100 wheels and the MC rounds of the border.
