The cabled beanie is crocheted entirely in slip stitches. The beanie is worked from the rim upwards, starting with the braid.
The pattern features written instructions and extensive tutorials for all stitches (front loop only slip stitch and back loop only slip stitch) and all techniques, with detailed step-by-step photos.
