Product Details
This is a simple pattern for a cross body bag in so far as it’s all single crochet.
The strap, sides and base are all one piece to save multiple joins!
The single crochet seaming is a nice detail.
The pattern includes photo tutorials for tapestry crochet so don't worry if you are new to tapestry crochet.
The pattern also includes instructions to make a larger bag.
I used macrame cord for great resistance but a worsted weight, medium yarn would also be suitable. You will need approximately 2 x 50g balls of Yarn A and Yarn B, so a total of 4 x 50g balls.
I used a 4.0mm/G hook.
The finished bag measures approximately 16cm x 20cm.
