Cinclus cinclus is a sparrow bird. Cinclus cinclus is Norway's national bird (1963) and can be found along Norway's waterfall, rivers and water all year round. Cinclus cinclus has at least 70 different local name in Norway, eg. riverpriest, riverman, millman. In Sør-Varanger municipality we call cinclus cinclus - Fossekall - waterfallman. It stays always near running water, and can dive and swim short lengths under water. It eats wath it can find in the water.
