What you'll need
Product Details
These mittens are thick and have a luxuriously soft liner.
This pattern is worked top down. The liner is made separately from the outer shell, then crocheted into the shell afterward.
I did not secure the liner at the top of the mitten or at the top of the thumb. This is to make it easier for drying them. Simply pull the liner out of the mitten to dry. The liners are attached to the mittens, so you don’t need to worry about losing them.
Bernat Knit or Knot Bella has been discontinued. I have a lot left over, so it is what I used. It is a bulky weight fake fur yarn. Any bulky (not super bulky) weight fun fur or eyelash yarn should be fine.
I designed these for my hands. They are women’s medium. These mitts are wide enough to easily adjust the pattern to fit larger hands. Simply add rounds to the mittens where you need extra length.
