Crochet Ruffle Scarf or Neck Warmer

Pattern for a ruffle scarf. This scarf can be crocheted in almost any weight yarn. It can easily be made wider or longer. You can crochet a small neck warmer or a substantial scarf.  This is quite different from most ruffle scarves since the the rows of ruffles are crocheted horizontally across the ends of the scarf. You can have lots of ruffle or just a few.  The scarf is appropriate for a crocheter with average skills or an adventurous beginner
