Product Details
Because I am using a larger crochet hook from what the yarn normally calls for, the gauge is 9 stitches per 4 inches. However, gauge is not critical in this pattern. Why did I use a larger crochet hook? I wanted the blanket to have a bit more of a lose and lacy crochet stitch feel and pattern to it. Of course to make this longer or shorter, increase or decrease the rows. In order to make this blanket narrower or wider, increase or decrease the initial stitch count by 2. Any even number will work for this crochet pattern.
