Product Details
This pattern is designed for anyone who is familiar with lace knitting, or simply has experience with yarn overs, and right- and left-leaning decreases. The wrap is worked from one corner up, which means that the size can be easily changed by knitting more or less of the indicated 24-row repeats.
It was designed using lace weight yarn, such as (but not restricted to) Malabrigo Silkpaca Lace, but fingering or sports weight works just as well, resulting in a warmer version of the wrap. Ideally, a twisted yarn with good stitch definition works best to emphasize the lace pattern.
A gauge swatch is not critical, but highly recommended to get the best result according to your expectations.
For ease of use, the pattern contains both charts and written instructions, as well as additional information that may be useful to less experienced knitters. Furthermore, it was reviewed by a Tech Editor.
I am wishing you an enjoyable knit-experience with a beautiful result!
