Product Details
This is a knitting pattern for a stuffed sheep toy called Cuddlekins. The toy is knitted as follows: the head and ears are worked flat on 2 needles, while the body, arms and legs are knitted in the round on double-pointed needles. Finally, the sheep is sewn together.
MATERIALS: white DK yarn approximately: 30 - 50
grey DK yarn approximately: 5-10
string of black DK yarn
KNITTING GAUGE:
22 sts and 30 rows to 10 x 10 cm = 4” x 4” in stocking stitch (knit row on right side, purl row on wrong side) and 3 mm needles.
Gauge is not critical for this project. Work tight enough to ensure that the stuffing will not show through the stitches.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 17 cm/ 6.69’’
The size will vary based on yarn type, needle size and your personal tension.
