Product Details
The red flame-like cuetlaxóchitl (Nahuatl; pronounced kwet-la-sho-shel) blooms during the winter solstice and signals the start of a new cycle of life. Its name translates into “mortal flower that perishes and withers like all that is pure.” --excerpt from “Cuetlaxóchitl, a Gift of Light from Mexico”
This is a pattern for a beanie style hat worked in the round and using the stranded colourwork technique. You may work 3-colour rounds or add the third colour with Duplicate Stitch after the hat is knit.
