Darwinia is a gorgeously girly garment that can be knit as either a dress or baby doll. This is a deceptively simple knit that yields gorgeous results. Ruffles, gathers and twirly; what more does any girl want?
Darwinia is suitable for either cotton or wool, making it the perfect garment to knit any time of the year. It looks equally cute by itself or layered over a t-shirt, leggings or jeans. Both styles are my daughter's current favourite garments!
The samples shown were knit in Bendigo Woollen Mills 8-ply cotton, shades Daffodil and Lilac.
