Product Details
Designed by Hannah Miller - Windblown Fibers
Depth is an airy cowl with loads of texture! Striped with sock weight and lace mohair yarns, the difference in weight makes the ripple stitch stand out! The pattern is easy to memorize making it a wonderful, simple knit. Worked only in knit, the texture is achieved by turning work every few rounds working in the opposite direction, like a short row turn but not used for that purpose. Easily adjustable to fit your tastes, this pattern shows off your favorite indie dyed yarns in a stand out way!
Needles: Size US 6 / 4mm 32" circular needle.
Yarn Used: One Greenwood Fiberworks, Fine Fluff (Lace weight / 1 ply: 72% kid mohair - 28% silk: 459 yds / 50g per skein) and one Greenwood Fiberworks, Simply Sock (Fingering weight / 3 ply: 75% Superwash Merino - 25% nylon: 463 yds / 100g)
