Product Details
Edith is a sweet baby sweater with puffed, ruffled sleeves, an offset button band, and optional ruffles along the bottom. Perfect for newborns to 2 years old! (With an older version in the works!)
Worked flat to begin with, and then joined to work in the round, with seamless raglan sleeves, Edith is fun and simple. The ruffles are added after the rest of the sweater has been knit, and add a simple challenge with a lot of pay off!
The sample was knit with Cascade Yarn 220 Superwash Sport, but any sport weight or DK weigh yarn able to get gauge is fine.
Sizes Chest: 16 ½ (17 ½, 18 1/2 , 19 ½, 20 ½) inches, 0-3 (3-6, 6-12, 12-18, 18-24) months
Material needed 4 - 3/8" buttons 3.25 mm needles, double pointed or 16 inch circular (to do magic loop) 4 stitch markers Matching thread and needle Tapestry needle Stitch holders or scrap yarn
