This pair of amigurumi elephants are posed with their trunks raised to form a heart. And an elephant with its trunk in the air is a symbol of good fortune, so they are also a blessing to the recipient.
How cool is that?
I had so much fun making these! These elephants are for a pair of friends in love. They picked out the colors. I painted the safety eyes to match the opposite elephant’s body color so that they carry a little spark of each other.
