Product Details
**Esther shawl ** designed for my sister. She definitely knows what she wants. She wanted the exact yarn she saw me using for the Victoria pullover. So I promised to make her something with the leftovers. I had to get creative to find a shape that both shows the beauty of the contrasts and makes the shawl a practical wear in the office.
I used a third, hand-dyed color to finish the shawl and to make it even more personal. The body is a simple striped stockinette, and the lace adds the feminine touch. Despite looking complicated, this shawl is a great lace project for those who are not experienced in lace.
Sample is shown in By-buci 100% Merino in red (C1) and orange (C2), and Rial Filati Baby Supremo (C3). Suggested substitutes are shown below.
