Falcate Shawl

An asymmetric, lightweight shawl for a 4ply/fingering weight gradient yarn. The shawl starts at the narrow, bottom point, and one side is increased on every row to create a gentle diagonal. The pattern changes to create a dramatic curve. I have kept the stitches simple, using double crochets and trebles, and I have included charts alongside the written instructions to make stitch placement clear. The word Falcate means curved like a sickle, or hooked, which is what the shawl looks like when laid out flat. Pattern is written in English and uses UK terms.
