Product Details

Meet FATCAT, the cat who got the cream, the rhinestone collar and the lifestyle to match! Fatcat measures approximately 17.5 inches (45 cms) from his ear tips to his paw pads. He is knitted in several flat pieces using simple Stocking stitch (one row Knit, one row Purl) throughout, on straight single point needles. The back legs, body & head are knitted as one piece, with the front paws, ears & tail worked separately. Some stitching together is required to complete Fatcat. I have used three different colours for my Fatcat & finished his collar with stitch-on gemstones but you could adapt the pattern any way you like. The whole project uses approx 225 grams (8 ozs) DK yarn in three main colours, plus oddments and could be an ideal stashbuster pattern. The pattern is in PDF format on 8 pages with row by row instructions & explanatory photos.

Notes
I used stitch-on gemstones to decorate Fatcat's collar, plus a small bell. The gold milk bottle top is made with an oddment of metallic yarn
