Product Details
This is a generous sized felted bag that’s knitted in Jamieson & Smith’s 2 ply Jumperweight but **USED DOUBLED **throughout. The large scale florals are worked using the intarsia technique with bullion knots and beads worked at the centre of each flower. The swirling foliage is Swiss darned into the background after knitting and short row shaping is used to create the curved base . The beads and bullion knots are added after felting, you could add a lot more knots, use much bigger beads or even small buttons at the centres. Pattern instructions are a combination of written and charted
*Please note. *
- Jamieson & Smith 2ply Jumperweight is equivalent to 4ply when used single but used double in this design is equivalent to a heavy DK hence the needle size.
