Product Details
KNITTING PATTERN contains instructions for FERN and FLORA. These two little sisters are knitted from the same basic pattern with a number of variations. The pretty dress, hat and apron will fit both dolls. Dress and apron are removable. The basket pattern is also included.
DOLLS HEADS - you have 2 choices, either follow the Waldorf style instructions for shaped head or use the standard quicker method.
A bit about the Waldorf method - The pattern for the heads is based on the Waldorf method of head making - an inner head shaped and then covered by an outer head. If the technique is new to you there are plenty of step by step pictures to guide you.
SIZE: 28cm (11in)
NEEDLES: two straight 3.25 mm needles (US 3)
YARN: DK (double knitting) yarn (USA - light-worsted/Australia - 8 ply).
SKILLS REQUIRED: cast on, cast off, knit, purl, increase, decrease.
