Sketch
An elegant bolero with extended front ends that may be tied comfortably or allowed to hang in loose folds. Sheer, lightweight, and very softly draped. Choose from two working methods: (1) Select your prescribed size with a defined stitch gauge. (2) Or use the alteration instructions to personalise the pattern for your own stitch gauge, and for any adult body size and proportions.
Construction
Work from the top downwards without seams in an open airy crochet diamond mesh, using shell stitches for the motifs.
Features
Make a wearable artwork by incorporating the lace motifs, either randomly placed or in a central design on the back. Or make the plain bolero without motifs in a fancy yarn or crochet thread.
